Vision on training & coaching
IN SHORT NOTICE….
No pyramidal or polarized model. Rather a model that adapts to the needs of the athlete. Training or coaching always starts from the need for certain adaptations.
We are always looking for certain patterns and ways to optimize the training and adjust the workouts accordingly. Sometimes we try to think a bit more 'out-of-the-box' at Partricipate. The athlete is always central. Depending on your profile as an athlete and your goals, certain focuses are made, taking into account your periodization.
